§ 157.225 DISTRICT AND INTENT.
   (A)   The provisions of the R-1A District are intended to apply to an area of low-density single-family residential development. Lot sizes and other restrictions are intended to promote high-quality residential development.
   (B)   Permitted principal uses and structures are single-family dwellings.
   (C)   Permitted accessory uses and structures are as for R-1AAA and in addition, home occupations subject to the provisions of §§ 157.180 through 157.369.
   (D)   Permitted conditional uses are as for R-1AAA, § 157.195.
   (E)   Prohibited uses and structures are as for R-1AAA, except home occupations are permitted as accessory uses.
   (F)   Lot and structure requirements are:

   (G)   All riverfront properties with building construction plans submitted after September 1, 2011 are subject to the breezeway/visual corridor requirements as described in § 157.506 of the supplementary district regulations.
