The preliminary plat (general subdivision plat) shall be at a scale of 200 feet to one inch or larger (preferred scale of 50 feet to one inch). It shall show all existing conditions required in § 156.30 and shall show all proposals, including the following:
(A) Street names and right-of-way widths;
(B) Other rights-of-way or easement locations, widths and purposes;
(C) Location of utilities, if not shown on other exhibits;
(D) Lot lines, lot numbers and block numbers;
(E) Sites, if any, for multi-family dwellings, shopping centers, churches, industry or other nonpublic uses exclusive of single-family dwellings;
(F) Sites, if any, to be reserved or dedicated for parks, playgrounds or other public uses;
(G) Site data, including number of residential lots, typical lot sizes and approximate acres in parks and the like; and
(H) Title, scale and north arrow.
