§ 114.16 CARD PREREQUISITE TO BUSINESS TAX RECEIPT.

The identification card required by § 114.15 shall be a prerequisite to the issuance of a business tax receipt to engage in any business or activity regulated by this chapter, if the business tax receipt is required by Chapter 34 of this code.
