§ 114.04 BUSINESS TAX RECEIPT REQUIRED IF REQUIRED BY CHAPTER 34.

It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in any business or activity regulated by this chapter without having first obtained a business tax receipt as provided by Chapter 34 of this code, if a business tax receipt is required by the chapter.
