(A) Generally. Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Slot machines or devices. Violations of §§ 112.30 through 112.32 shall be punishable as provided in § 10.99 of the code of ordinances, or enforcement by any other available means including, but not limited to, an action before the Code Enforcement Board of the town or a civil action for injunctive relief.
