The procedures contained herein shall be cumulative. However, in the event it is necessary to bypass any of the above phase alerts in order to adequately address a more serious fire condition, the provisions contained in this subchapter shall be cumulative, except for the distinctions drawn in the notice provisions contained in §§ 33.58 and 33.59.
