§ 98.999 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation or any company in violation of any provision of § 98.050 shall be fined not more than $100 or imprisoned for not more than 30 days for each offense.

   (C)   Any person, firm or corporation found to be in violation of §§ 98.065 through 98.070 shall be fined as specified herein or in accordance with the maximum allowable as set forth in the General Statutes.
