(A) Generally. Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(C) Motorized vehicles. Any person who operates a vehicle in violation of §§ 70.20 and 70.21 on any street, sidewalk or other public land within the town shall be guilty of an infraction and shall pay a fine of $90. If property damage occurs as a result of a violation, the person responsible may be fined up to five times the amount of damage.
