§ 70.01 TRAFFIC AUTHORITY.
   (A)   Pursuant to the General Statutes, the Board of Selectmen of the town shall act and be known as the local Traffic Authority of the town.
   (B)   The Traffic Authority shall have the right and power to enact regulations for the control, regulation and safety of vehicular traffic in the town.
