513.14 CASUAL POSSESSION OF MARIHUANA.
   (a)   No person shall casually possess marihuana or cannabis, which is defined as all parts of the plant cannabis sativa; the seeds thereof; the resin extracted from any part of the plant; and every compound, manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture or preparation of the plant, its seeds or resin. Casual possession, as defined herein, indicates the control or use of not more than four ounces of cannabis sativa material, not more than four grams of which may be resin. Causal possession does not include the mature stalks or the sterilized seed of the plant.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section shall be fined not more than five dollars ($5.00).
