   513.17 LIMITING NUMBER OF NON-MEDICAL CANNABIS DISPENSARY LICENSES TO TWO; LOCATION.
   (a)   The number of non-medical cannabis dispensary licenses permitted in the City of Oxford will be two (2).
   (b)   The designated locations for these two non-medical cannabis dispensaries will be at the current existing locations for the two (2) medical cannabis dispensaries at 3620 Southpointe Parkway and 5280 College Corner Pike.
   (c)   No other non-medical cannabis dispensaries will be permitted in the City of Oxford. (Ord. 3758. Passed 1-16-24.)
