Should the bill for any service rendered by the sanitary sewer system remain unpaid for a period of 30 days, the Finance Director is authorized to terminate such service, which shall then be resumed only upon payment by the user of an additional fee as stated in the current Fee Ordinance. If such bill is not paid within 90 days, the Finance Director is authorized and directed to certify the delinquent bill to the County Auditor for collection as and at the same time that other taxes and assessments are collected.
