923.33 DECLARATION TO COLLECT SEWER CHARGES.

It is hereby determined and declared to be necessary to the protection of the public health, safety, welfare and convenience to the City to establish and collect charges upon all premises served by the wastewater treatment system of the City. (Ord. 3261. Passed 12-17-13.)
