(a) The type, capacities, location and layout of a private wastewater disposal system shall comply with the provisions of the Ohio Revised Code and all regulations of the Ohio Department of Public Health and the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency. No septic tank or cesspool shall be permitted to discharge to any public sewer or natural outlet.
(b) No person shall discharge effluent from any private wastewater system into the public sewer system without obtaining permission of the Service Director and paying a fee as determined by the Service Director. (Ord. 3261. Passed 12-17-13.)
