923.29 MEMORANDUM THAT NO PUBLIC SEWER IS AVAILABLE.

Before commencement of construction of a private wastewater disposal system, the owner shall first obtain a written memorandum from the Service Director that the applicant's property line is not within 100 feet of a public sanitary sewer.
