923.07 DISCHARGE INTO NATURAL OUTLET PROHIBITED.

No person shall discharge sanitary wastewater into any natural outlet within the City or discharge industrial wastes or other polluted water into such outlets unless the person so doing is operating with the approval of, or under the permit issued by, the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency. (Ord. 3261. Passed 12-17-13.)
