921.06 FREE ACCESS FOR INSPECTION OR REPAIR.
   It shall be considered a condition of the granting of water supply by the City that the owner or occupant of every premises receiving such water supply shall grant any authorized employee of the City free access to the premises or any part thereof during reasonable or business hours of the day for the inspection of the piping, water meter or appurtenances for the distribution and control of the water supply or the use of such supply; or for the installation, removal, repair or reading of any water meter, or the inspection of the location thereof. Any person who, on receipt of a notification of the purpose of entry, shall refuse free access shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 921.99 and to the discontinuance of water service to his premises.
