Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1000.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during or on which the violation has occurred or continued. In the event of a continuing violation, the Service Director may cause the discontinuance of water service to the premises of the violator until the violation has ceased.
