§ 72.14 PARKING ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to park any motor vehicle in or on any private parking lot, or other private property within the city, after the business hours of the business operated on the property, provided however, that the owner of the property or proprietor of the business operated thereon shall cause to be posted in a conspicuous place a sign which prohibits parking after business hours. This prohibition and the penalties provided in § 72.99 of this code shall also extend to passengers in vehicles so illegally parked.
