It shall be unlawful to park any commercial tractor and/or trailer, motor home or any vehicle larger than a pickup truck on the streets or within the city limits for a period over two hours day or night; unless they are parked in a private drive, the vehicle is being used by a worker within the city limits or has a permit from the City Clerk-Treasurer.
