(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is specifically provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $20 nor more than $500.

(B) Whoever violates § 71.05 of this code shall, upon conviction, be subject to the same fine as set forth in the fine schedule for speed violations in KRS 189.394.
(C) Any person who violates § 71.35 of this code shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $250 or imprisoned for not more than 90 days, or both.

(D) Any person who violates § 71.36 of this code shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $60 nor more than $500 or be imprisoned in the county jail for not more than 30 days, or both.
