Whenever the investigation of an application indicates that the dwelling units comply with all provisions of this subchapter, §§ 150.015 through 150.024 and Ch. 151 of this code of ordinances or any applicable federal or state statute or administrative rule, or any other city or county ordinance, the Fire Chief shall issue a registration certificate. Every registrant of a dwelling unit shall post the registration certificate in a conspicuous place.
