§ 113.121 LICENSE CONDITIONS.
   (A)   In general. Every license is subject to the conditions in the following subdivisions and all other provisions of this subchapter and of any other applicable ordinance, state law or regulation.
   (B)   Hours of sale.
      (1)   No sale of intoxicating liquor shall be made after 1:00 a.m. on Sunday, nor until 8:00 a.m. on Monday, nor between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on any weekday, nor after 8:00 p.m. on any December 24. The premises of the club shall be vacated of all patrons at 1:30 a.m.
      (2)   Notwithstanding the provisions of division (B)(1) above, establishments to which special license for Sunday sales have been issued or hereafter may be issued for the sale of intoxicating liquors which are clubs as defined in Minn. Stat. § 340A.101, as it may be amended from time to time, and which have facilities for serving not less than 30 guests at one time, may serve intoxicating liquors between the hours of 12:00 noon and 12:00 midnight on Sundays in conjunction with the serving of food.
   (C)   Licensee’s responsibility. Every licensee is responsible for the conduct and conditions of sobriety and order on his or her premises. The act of any employee on the licensed premises authorized to sell intoxicating liquor there is deemed the act of the licensee as well, and the licensee shall be liable to all penalties provided by this subchapter and the law equally with the employee.
   (D)   Inspections. Every licensee shall allow any peace officer, Health Officer, Building Inspector or other properly designated officer or employee of the city to enter, inspect and search the premises of the licensee during business hours without a warrant.
   (E)   Display during prohibited hours. No “on-sale” establishment shall display liquor during hours when the sale of liquor is prohibited.
   (F)   Federal stamps. No licensee shall possess a federal wholesale liquor dealer’s special tax stamp or a federal gambling stamp.
