§ 113.999 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Any person violating the provisions of §§ 113.001 through 113.013 of this chapter shall be guilty of a penal offense and, upon conviction, shall be punished agreeable to the terms of § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(D) Any person violating any provision of §§ 113.070 through 113.081 of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor.
