§ 113.079 LICENSE CONDITIONS.
   (A)   In general. Every license is subject to the conditions in this section and all other provisions of this subchapter and of any other applicable ordinance, state law or regulation.
   (B)   Hours of sale. No sale of intoxicating liquor may be made by an off-sale licensee:
      (1)   On Sundays, except between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.;
      (2)   Before 8:00 a.m. or after 10:00 p.m. on Monday through Saturday;
      (3)   On Thanksgiving Day;
      (4)   On Christmas Day, December 25; or
      (5)   After 8:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve, December 24.
   (C)   Licensee’s responsibility. Every licensee is responsible for the conduct of his or her place of business and the conditions of sobriety and order in it. The act of any employee on the licensed premises authorized to sell intoxicating liquor there is deemed the act of the licensee as well, and the licensee shall be liable to all penalties provided by this subchapter and the law equally with the employee.
   (D)   Inspections. Every licensee shall allow any peace officer, Health Officer, Building Inspector or other properly designated officer or employee of the city to enter, inspect and search the premises of the licensee during business hours without a warrant.
   (E)   Federal stamps. No licensee shall possess a federal wholesale liquor dealer’s special tax stamp or a federal gambling stamp.
