(A) The annual license fees for a brew pub on-sale and off-sale license under § 113.063. Brewer taproom on-sale license, and small brewer off-sale license and brewer temporary on-sale license and Sunday sale license shall be in the amounts duly established from time to time by City Council and set forth in “Appendix A: Fee Schedule” to Chapter 35 of this city code.
(B) Investigation fee. At the time of the initial application for any license authorized under § 113.063, the applicant shall pay to the city an investigation fee of an amount to be set by the Council from time to time, which is not refundable in whole or in part. An investigation fee is not required for renewals for the same applicant unless an investigation is deemed necessary by the Council.
