§ 91.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Any person who violates the provisions of §§ 91.01 through 91.05 of this chapter is guilty of a petty offense, as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances, and subject to the penalty for violation as therein prescribed.
