§ 90.61 DEFINITIONS.
   The following definition shall apply to this subchapter as written unless context indicates or requires a different meaning:
   WILD ANIMAL. For purposes of this subchapter WILD ANIMAL means and includes raccoons, deer, turkey, ducks, and geese.
