§ 90.31 REDEMPTION OF ANIMAL FROM PURCHASER.
   When any animal is sold under the provisions of this subchapter, it shall be a condition of such sale that the purchaser shall keep and retain possession of such animal for a period of 60 days, and that the owner of any such animal may redeem the same at any time before the expiration of said 60 days by paying reasonable costs and charges for keeping such animal, together with the sum paid by such purchaser for such animal, and interest thereon at the rate of 7% per annum.
