(A) No person shall park a bicycle on any sidewalk in a Business District, except where bicycle parking spaces have been designated by official signs and markings pursuant to this code. A bicycle parked on a public sidewalk other than where bicycle parking spaces have been so designated is hereby declared to be a hazard to pedestrians.
(B) Any bicycle which is parked on any sidewalk in any Business District so as to be a hazard to pedestrians shall be impounded by the City Police Department.
