No person shall ride a bicycle upon a sidewalk within a Business District;
BUSINESS DISTRICT, as herein defined, shall mean: beginning at a point where the centerline of Oak Avenue intersects the centerline of Mill Street; thence easterly along said centerline to the point where it intersects the centerline of Elm Avenue; thence northerly along said centerline to the point where it intersects the centerline of Front Street; thence westerly along said centerline to the point where it intersects the centerline of Oak Avenue; thence southerly along said centerline to the point of beginning.
