157.02 PAYROLL PERIOD.

Salaries of all officials and employees, unless Council directs otherwise, shall be paid monthly, biweekly or weekly as determined by the Clerk-Treasurer. Any amounts due an employee shall be paid as soon as practicable after the termination of employment has occurred.
