(a) Before entering upon the discharge of his duties, the following officials and employees shall execute a bond approved according to law in the amount set forth opposite his or her respective office or position:

Income Tax Commissioner | $25,000 (Blanket Bond) |
(b) All employees in the Clerk-Treasurer and Income Tax Offices shall be bonded in the sum of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) which shall be a blanket bond, unless otherwise established or fixed elsewhere in the Codified Ordinances.
(c) All other officials and employees of the Village and all members of Village Boards shall be bonded in the sum of two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500), which shall be a blanket bond, unless otherwise established or fixed elsewhere in the Codified Ordinances.
