EDITOR’S NOTE: Effective January 1, 2008, the Utilities Board of the Village of Ottawa shall be discontinued. In order to promote an orderly transition of authority and duties, all members regularly elected or appointed to the Utilities Board shall serve until the term for which they were elected or appointed has expired or until January 1, 2008, whichever occurs sooner.
The duties, authority and responsibilities of the Utilities Board shall be assumed and exercised by the Village of Ottawa Council under the direction of the Utilities Director.
