(a) A schedule of regular meetings will be posted on the door glass at the office of the Clerk of the Village of Ottawa, 136 North Oak Street (Municipal Building), Ottawa, Ohio. Regular meetings of Council shall be held the second and fourth Mondays of each month at 7:30 p.m. except for legal holidays. Council may change the time of the meeting, from time to time, as circumstances require. Any such change shall be made after notice pursuant to the timing requirements of Section 121.02(a) and notice requirement of Section 121.02(b).
(b) Regular meetings of the Park Board shall be held on the fourth Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the Municipal Building. Park Board may change the time of the meeting, from time to time, as circumstances require.
(c) The Zoning Board and Planning Commission and Shade Tree Commission shall meet at the call of the Chairman.
