A. All persons holding office when this Charter becomes effective shall continue to hold office for the remaining term and perform the duties of the office unless this Charter abolishes or makes no provisions for such office.
B. Each employee of this Municipality on the effective date of this Charter shall be retained subject to the provisions of this Charter.
