The Clerk-Treasurer shall receive and be accountable for all funds belonging to the Municipality from whatever source derived, and deposit the same in the depository designated by the Council. The Clerk-Treasurer may invest monies in the manner provided by the general laws of Ohio, subject to oversight and direction by the Council. Money received for the Municipality by officers, employees, boards and commissions shall be reported to and delivered to the Clerk-Treasurer daily or at such intervals as deemed appropriate by Council.
