SECTION 5.03 Clerk-Treasurer

Effective January 1, 2001, the full-time position of Clerk-Treasurer is hereby created and the elected position is eliminated. Such full-time position shall be filled by appointment by Council. The appointed Clerk-Treasurer shall serve at the pleasure of Council.
