513.16 MEDICAL MARIJUANA PROHIBITIONS.

Medical marijuana cultivators, dispensaries and processors, as defined by Ohio R.C. Chapter 3796, are hereby prohibited within the Village, to protect the health, safety and welfare of the residents of the Village of Ottawa, Ohio.
