Whoever violates this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one (1) year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree, for each subsequent offense beyond two (2) offenses, within one (1) year the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
