(a) Low Speed Vehicle has the same meaning as set forth in Ohio R.C. 4501.01(WW), except a Low Speed Vehicle, as defined in this section, may have more than four (4) wheels.
(b) Motor Vehicle has the same meaning as set forth in Ohio R.C. 4501.01(B).
(c) Trolley Bar Bike is a Low Speed Motor Vehicle as that term is defined under Ohio R.C. 4501.01(WW), and as modified by subsection (a) above.
