(a) Upon confirmation by Village personnel of the availability of the unprocessed concrete spoils, the Hold Harmless Agreement shall be executed and the material loaded by the applicant during regular business hours.
(b) For ease in transportation, personal equipment may be used for cutting or moving, picking up the concrete or hauling the material.
(c) The Village does not assume any liability for the quality of the unprocessed concrete spoils.
