(a) Excess wood material shall be removed between dawn and dusk from the Municipal Garage in the Village upon annual execution of a Hold Harmless Agreement.
(b) Excess wood material may be removed any day of the week provided current Hold Harmless Agreement is on file in the Clerk's Office.
(c) For ease in transportation, personal equipment may be used for cutting or moving, picking up the wood and/or hauling the wood.
