195.02 ESTABLISHED.

(a) Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 3735.66, Ottawa Community Reinvestment Area is hereby established in the following described area:

The boundaries of the Ottawa CRA shall be the same as the political boundaries of the Village of Ottawa as of November 1, 2014 and as depicted on the map attached to Ordinance 14-20 marked "Exhibit A", and by this reference incorporated herein. Said boundaries shall be adjusted from time to time to coincide with changes in the political boundaries of the Village of Ottawa.

(b) Only residential, commercial and/or industrial properties consistent with the applicable zoning regulations within the designated CRA will be eligible for exemptions under this program.
