135.06 PROCEDURES REGULATING PAYMENTS BY AN INSURANCE COMPANY FOR FIRE DAMAGE TO STRUCTURES.

(a) The procedures and provision as set forth in Ohio R.C. 3929.86 (C) and (D) are hereby adopted by the Village and made a part of this section.

(b) Any insurance claim funds received as a result of the passage of this section shall be deposited in the "Fire Damage Insurance Claim Fund".

(c) The Clerk-Treasurer and Deputy Clerk-Treasurer are designated as the officers authorized to carry out the duties as set forth in Ohio R.C. 3929.86 (C) and (D).
