Whoever violates any of the provisions of Section 191.12 of this chapter, and/or violates any of the provisions of this chapter, for which no penalty is otherwise provided, shall be deemed guilty of a first-degree misdemeanor and fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or imprisoned not more than six (6) months, or both, for each offense.
