311.04 STREET CLOSURES BY POLICE.

(a) The Ottawa Police Department and the Village of Ottawa may close Village streets, as deemed necessary, in order to preserve the health, safety and welfare of the residents of the Village of Ottawa.

(b) Once a street has been closed by the Ottawa Police Department or the Village of Ottawa, travel on the closed street without authorization, shall be prohibited.
