559.02 EXCEPTIONS.

(a) Vibrations resulting from temporary construction activity that occurs between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. shall be exempt from the requirements of this section.

(b) Normal vehicular travel, truck and rail traffic shall be exempt from the mandates of this chapter.
