532.02 APPLICABILITY.

   This chapter applies to sound emanating from and being received by the following property categories:

   (a)   Industrial facilities;

   (b)   Commercial facilities;

   (c)   Public service facilities;

   (d)   Community service facilities;

   (e)   Residential properties;

   (f)   Multi-use properties;

   (g)   Public and private rights of way;

   (h)   Public property; and

   (i)   Multi-dwelling unit buildings.
