135.05 INTEREST CHARGEABLE ON PAST DUE ACCOUNTS.

If payment is not received in full by the specified due date, or thirty days from the date of the invoice if no due date is specified, interest shall accrue at a rate up to the maximum allowed by law unless otherwise provided for in Village ordinances.
